At a culture festival which will be held in the Italian city of Udine from May 10th until May 14th , a prestigious award Tiziano Terzari, dedicated to one of the most important Italian travel reporters and writers, will be presented.
During the festival there will be a series of concerts, exhibitions and theatre performances throughout the city, while debates and promotions will often be held in city squares and in the streets.

During five days of the festival and as a part of the “Fuorirotta” program, numerous presentations will be held, as well as debates and conferences dedicated to traveling, with participation of famous travel writers.

One of the participants will be Kapuschinsky, the world most famous writer of travel books.

Tourist guide “Srbija na dlanu\ Serbia a Portata di Mano“, published by the “Komshe” publishing house, has been realized in cooperation with the Italian cultural institute in Belgrade and was promoted during the Tourist Fair IFT in April 2006.

On that occasion mr Alesandro Merola, Italian ambassador in Serbia and Montenegro presented this tourist guide as a “new door of cultural and economic cooperation between our two countries”.

Documentary “Trumpet republic” follows the life and rehearsals of the group of trumpeters, participants of the Trumpet Festival in Gucha. This movie will be presented in several film festivals worldwide by the end of this year. Upon seeing this film last year, many Italians decided to visit the Trumpet festival.
