Award committee that ratified the proposal for award winners consisted of Ljubomir Jovanović, head of development department in the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Services- chairman of the committee, Milica Čubrilo, director of the National Tourism Organization of Serbia, Svetlana Zrilić, editor of the TV show “Serbia today”, Katarina Živković, editor of the specialized magazine “Market” , Milan Simić, associate in the National Tourist Organization of Serbia, Tatjana Vanić, assistant commissioner for tourism of Novi Sad City Administration for Economy, Ana Ilić, adviser for cluster development at SEDP (USAID), Branislav Popović, Association of Serbia Tourist Guides and Dragan Živković, manager of "Mažestik" hotel.

The final decision on the award winners was reached by the Board of Directors of the National Tourism Organization of Serbia.
